Director and professional dive instructor for diving expeditions. In charge of planning the course of the expedition at sea as well as at specific dive areas, including the discovery and preliminary exploration of new sites.
In the past 4 years on the Undersea Hunter in Cocos Island Costa Rica, I worked as a Cruise Director/Divemaster and Company Diving Officer. In this function I gained extensive experience in planning and guiding long range, long duration, boat-based dive and filming expeditions. Experience in handling guests and teaching courses: Nitrox, Rebreather and Blending.
Some of the projects I was in charge of while working as the Hunter Fleet Dive Officer were: Designing installation and operating nitrox partial pressure blending systems  and pure oxygen generator system. Developing the emergency and safety procedures for the Undersea Hunter Fleet, including dive safety, oxygen safety and emergency in water oxygen recompression procedures.

In addition to operating dive trips in Cocos, the Undersea Hunter also did 2 long expeditions (one of 6 months and one of 10 months) in other parts of the Pacific Ocean. During those expeditions we visited Vanuatu, Tuvalu, Fiji, Cooks Islands and French Polynesia. On these filming expeditions I managed and guided the film crews and  helped in choosing and scouting dive sites.

I have worked on two IMAX film projects for Howard Hall (Island of the Sharks, Coral Reef Adventures) as camera assistant and support/deep safety diver.

I have worked on television natural history projects for BBC (Blue Planet), NHK, Mexican and Spanish national TV, shooting Digital Beta Cam and High Definition.
